Shvaveymetal provides solutions for cost reduction, independent precision control, and exceptional production

combined with a production robot, computerized interfaces and autonomous production with no human intervention.
The factory was established in 1989, employs 70 people and is based 3000 square meters building on a plot of 4000
square meters.
The owner is Mr. Itzhak Deri – a machining technologies expert, with vast knowledge in mechanics, processing metals
and materials of all kinds. Mr Deri also provides consulting for production of complex parts of high volume and in
accordance with the customer’s needs.
Shvaveymetal is AS9100D certified by the Standards Institute: a standard for the aviation, defense and space industries
based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system.
The production system is managed by a computerized ERP system.

The advanced equipment enables the customer to receive an accurate response according to all the stringent criteria required by today’s mechanical products. The processing is very fast, without detracting from the quality of performance and the high accuracy. These machines enable the manufacture of high-quality products. The machines are made in Germany and Japan.

Automatic turning
The factory has an automatic lathe with a bar feeder, up to 32mm diameter, for serial production on five axes, for producing large quantities and high accuracy.

The strict inspection is carried out with the help of sophisticated optical and mechanical instruments, such as:
* 5 CMM X-Y-Z measuring machine made by DEA Italia, which includes software for reading and testing with
the help of a 3D model.
* 2 CMM X-Y-Z measuring machines made by MITUTOYO Japan, model CRYSTA 574, which include software for reading and testing with the help of a 3D model.
* An array of the best measuring tools, approved and calibrated according to the ISO 17025 certification

Department (Full Turn-Key):
The factory has an assembly department for mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies. These assemblies include the procurement of electronic cards, braids, strips, gears, and the like, together with the factory-made machining items.
Upon completion of the assembly, the assemblies undergo sealing tests and quality as required and according to the customer’s requirements. This department is certified by the Israeli Standards Institute for AS9100D.
